Wei Zhao

 
Dr. Zhao specializes in analyses involving antitrust, industrial organization, econometrics, and damages. He has served as a consulting economist in price-fixing, merger, and product liability matters involving numerous industries, including IT, financial, automobile, telecommunication, retail chain, health, chemical, manufacturing, transportation, food, and labor. He has testified in the United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia.
 
Dr. Zhao has published articles in a number of academic journals, including RAND Journal of Economics, Review of Industrial Organization, Physica A, Mathematical Social Sciences, Virginia Law & Business Review, University of Cincinnati Law Review, ABA Economics Committee Newsletter. He has also presented his work at the 11th International Industrial Organization Conference, among various other locations such as University of Southern California, SUNY Buffalo, and Northeastern University.
 
Dr. Zhao holds a BA in finance from Renmin University of China, an MA in QMSS from Columbia University, and a Ph.D. in economics from the Johns Hopkins University. During his studies at Johns Hopkins, he served as a lecturer on Mathematical Methods for Economists for the M.A. program in Applied Economics.
