Ellen Li is a Consultant at Competition Economics, LLC. She specializes in analyses involving antitrust, econometrics, and damages. She holds a Ph.D. in economics from the Johns Hopkins University, with her dissertation on the subjects of health economics and industrial organization. She also holds an Master of Public Policy from the College of William and Mary and an M.A. in Finance from Beijing Normal University. Previously, she worked with the World Bank Group and Ministry of Finance of China.
